Buyer must agree with the following conditions before buying: All sales are final. If the item arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item, it can be returned for replacement. To return the damaged/wrong item, buyer must do the following: * Buyer must notify us within 10 days from date of receipt. * Buyer must bear return shipping costs. * Wrong item must NOT be opened. Damaged item must be returned with its original packaging. * Item must be returned and received BEFORE replacement is sent. No exception. Software with activation code can only be replaced with the same code. If the disk is damaged, we will replace the disk only, you will receive the same activation code.
