Unlimited Technical Support is a fee based service all of our prices are quoted over the telephone before any service is provided. Support may consist of remote access session, chat service or email support. All error messages and virus are researched and are grouped into different levels, priced accordingly and billed on a per hour basis. Our team of experts will exhaust all options to prevent the issue from reoccurring in the future.
Our Toll-free number 1(888)297-1020 is available 24/7, by calling you are authoring us to resolve your issues; however issues vary from instance to instance and are handled accordingly. Support hours may vary occasionally due to system and server maintenance, company events, observed U.S holidays, and events beyond our control.
Not all issues can be fixed with the service, some issues maybe beyond our ability to resolve the issues remotely. Customer has 5 days from the time of service to contact us if any additional problems will arise. If we determine that it is the same issue we will attempt to resolve the issue and the customer will not be charged a fee for additional services provided. Although in extreme situations we do offer In-Home Service.
Service call cancellation must be done within 24 hour notice, if the service call is canceled in less then 24 hours, the customer will have to pay a cancellation fee of $80.00
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
FEES AND PAYMENT
One-time support services are available for purchase, any one-time support service option that is purchased must be used within 5 days. For one-time services all services are warranted for 6 month after an initial remote service appointment for the same problem addressed during the initial service appointment if it recurs, but no such assistance shall be provided without an additional charge after such five (5) day period.
For subscription based plans, a full refund will be issued if Unlimited Technical Support has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 15 days of the subscription.

In no event shall Unlimited Technical Support or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
